WARNING WARNING!!! CALL FOR ARTIST!!! Participants of our local Youth Initiative "Passep'ART de jeunes" (Passeport of youngsters) are looking for contemporary, original artists from different countries to male exhibition of their arts in Dinan (France). They're organising the exhibitions from A to Z, with advertising and promotion in local media. In budget of project there's no money to invite artist, but we make them FAMOUS in Dinan (local celebrity) :) We're interessted in photos, drawing, video-art.... Contact us by FB / mail.

Passep'ART presentation - english version

"Passep'ART de jeunes" is a local initiative that aims to promote youth participation in local area and promote contemporary art. In one aspect of contemporary art, youth mobility, discovery, learning new skills. Enable young people to actively participate in local life and to assist in the integration of them.

"Passep'ART de jeunes" is a workshop of active citizenship, which allows the young to be in society. The group of participants will discover, for 15 months of the project, how to run their city, with contemporary art as a tool.

The project will run from July 2011 - end of September 2012.

Participants will look for artists (use of new media and explore contemporary art), share contacts and enjoy the works found (linguistic aspect), preparing exhibitions (responsibility), animate exhibitions and private viewings open to public. Every two months we will present the works of several artists, with a presentation of their countries (prepared by the participants) in an interactive way, involving the public in the discussion, participation (use of games, quizzes on the country. .). The evening exhibition will be conducted in an atmosphere of international solidarity, tolerance and enhance cultural differences across countries.
